OPEN POSITIONS

FEB 2021: There are no open graduate student/postdoc positions in our group currently.

Our group is in general looking for very motivated PhD students with interest in wide band gap and other novel electronic/optoelectronic devices. Students with a strong background/interest in semiconductor device physics, materials synthesis, and nanofabrication with a bachelors/masters degree in electrical engineering (or related fields) can contact me. Please send a note (with CV) to sriram.krishnamoorthy@utah.edu , if you are interested in discussing your research interests with me.

We welcome undergraduate researchers and masters students (no funding available) to join our group at any time to gain research exposure and experience.
