<p>I am a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering working with <a href="https://ece.osu.edu/people/rajan">Prof. Siddharth Rajan</a> in the <a href="https://nano.osu.edu/">Electron Device Lab </a>, The Ohio State University, Columbus. I graduated with a PhD degreee in ECE from Ohio State in August 2014. I completed my bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an integrated masters in Physics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India in 2009.</p>
<p>I am working on Molecular beam epitaxy growth, fabrication and characterization of III-Nitride heterostructure devices, Gallium Oxide-based materials and devices, Transition Metal chalcogenides-based 2D-layered materials and devices.</p>
<h2>Research Interests</h2>
<p>My research interests are broadly in the area of solid state electronics and photonics.</p>
